Parking

Parking in the community is somewhat limited, with only 2.2 spaces per townhouse available, including on-street and pool area parking. We, therefore, earnestly solicit your cooperation to limit parking in the individual courts to two cars per townhouse, and to encourage your guests and other residents of your household not to interfere with the rights of other court members to park close to their homes. Please honor the yellow curb fire lane designations and park away from corners and sidewalk ramps.

Here is a list of other parking reminders (be a good neighbor!):

  • No double parking behind parked cars.
  • Please check that you have parked your car within the stall (white) lines.
  • Don't ding doors of cars parked next to your car when opening your car door.
  • Park cars front end first, so that the exhaust at the rear of the car does not damage the grass.
  • Parallel parking on only one side of Brewer House Road, so that emergency vehicles have enough clearance to access all courts.
  • Any guest vehicle/additional vehicle should be parked along Brewer House Road.

    Speed Limit

    The posted limit on Brewer House Road is 25 mph. The original limit of 15 mph was increased with the expectation that a "realistic" limit would encourage compliance. At the same time, stop signs were installed to both control speed and increase awareness of the need for safe and responsible driving in our community. Speed bumps and/or methods to control speed were instituted.
